The Congregation and Religion Research Gathering 2026 invites scholars, researchers, practitioners, denominational leaders, and graduate students to submit proposals for papers and presentations examining congregations, religious communities, and the changing landscape of religion in Canada and beyond.
The Gathering is intended to provide a collaborative space for sharing new research, emerging methods, works in progress, and applied insights related to congregational and religious life. We particularly welcome work that brings empirical research into conversation with the practical questions facing religious communities, institutions, and researchers.
